On June 4, 2024, the Equitable Education Fund (EEF), the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and the Center for Economics of Human Development at the University of Chicago, under the leadership of Professor James J. Heckman, established a collaborative academic agreement. This partnership is designed to advance educational equity and human capital development in Thailand by providing the necessary policy tools and proposals. The initiative aims to foster human capital growth from birth through to the working age.
